Compass connects your thoughts, goals, and next steps, so journaling leads to action, not just quiet thoughts.

How it works

Write whatever's on your mind.

New to journaling or years into it, Compass gives you the space and prompts to get your thoughts out of your head.

Walked along the river after dinner and was out of breath just from that. I kept thinking about how much I miss running, especially how I used to run the full five-mile loop along this trail without stopping. I always feel better when I do it, but I've let it slip. The trail looked perfect in the evening light. Maybe I should try again this week.

Surface what matters.
